Project 6014

Project 6014 is a fan-made sequel to Star Control 2 (The Ur-Quan Masters) which was started back in early 2009 by Cedric. Since then it has attracted quite a few people from the Star Control community, and is now one of the most stable (development-wise) fan projects. I joined the team a month prior to the first ever demo, back in October of 2010, to provide Linux support and tools for the other developers to work with (see the section "UQM Tools" on this website; especially the Animation Tool is seeing some active use). I also helped with story development. In the future, I hope to find the time to get more involved with the project, perhaps even do some non-tool programming.

In November of this year (11-11-2011, to be exact) we plan on releasing Demo 0.2
